These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the b9gams platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.
Six important principles drawn from the full T&C below. These cards are a plain-English summary only — the full clauses in the document sections beneath govern all disputes.
You must be 18 years of age or older — or the higher minimum required by the operator/license jurisdiction — to open and use a b9gams account. One account per person. Local laws may restrict gambling; you are responsible for compliance.
All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, game contribution rates, expiry periods and maximum cash-out limits. Breaching any bonus condition — including exceeding the maximum bet — may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
All funds must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC). Processing times and limits vary by payment method. Payment brand names referenced (Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL, etc.) are context only.
Collusion, bonus abuse, use of automated tools, multiple accounts and any form of fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and reporting to relevant authorities.

1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and b9gams ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the b9gams website at https://b9gams.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").
1.2 b9gams is an English-language online gaming information and entertainment platform serving the Pakistan market. The Platform provides sports betting, live casino, slots, table games and esports wagering services for eligible adults.
1.3 b9gams does not claim to be licensed or endorsed by any Pakistani authority, including but not limited to the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial government body. Gambling may be restricted under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice. You are solely responsible for determining whether your participation in any activity on this Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
1.4 These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and b9gams.
In these Terms, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

| "Self-Exclusion" | A voluntary restriction mechanism by which a User requests that their Account be blocked from gambling activity for a defined or indefinite period. |
| "Operator" | The entity that operates the b9gams Platform and holds the relevant gaming licence in the applicable jurisdiction. |
3.1 To register and maintain an Account on b9gams, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
3.2 b9gams reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any eligibility criterion at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.
3.3 Pakistani users specifically acknowledge that gambling may be restricted under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and possibly other federal or provincial legislation. b9gams does not represent that use of this Platform is lawful in Pakistan. This clause is informational only and does not constitute legal advice.
4.1 Each User may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of balances.
4.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact details. You agree to update this information promptly should any of it change.
4.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted under your Account is deemed to have been conducted by you unless you have reported a security breach to us promptly.
4.4 b9gams reserves the right to verify your identity at the point of registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any other time at our reasonable discretion. This KYC process may require you to submit government-issued identification, proof of address and, in some circumstances, evidence of payment method ownership.
4.5 If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact our support team immediately via the channels described in Section 15 of these Terms.
5.1 All deposits made to your Account must originate from payment instruments registered in your own legal name. b9gams does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.
5.2 Payment method names referenced on this Platform — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited as familiar payment references for Pakistani users only. They do not imply endorsement by, affiliation with, or confirmed support from any of those providers. Actual availability, limits and processing rules are determined by the Operator and the respective payment provider and are subject to change.
5.3 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as published in the Platform cashier at the time of the transaction. These may vary by payment method and are subject to change without prior notice.
5.4 Withdrawal requests will only be processed after satisfactory completion of KYC verification. b9gams reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending the outcome of any ongoing investigation into potential Terms violations.
5.5 Currency references on this Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where illustrative amounts are given. Actual Account currency is as defined in your Account settings. Currency conversion charges, where applicable, are determined by the payment provider and are your responsibility.
6.1 All bonuses, free spins, free bets, reload offers and other promotional incentives ("Bonuses") offered by b9gams are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. These specific terms take precedence over this general section where they are more restrictive.
6.2 Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, the following general conditions apply to all Bonuses:
6.3 Bonus amounts displayed on the Platform — for example, "up to PKR 25,000" or "up to PKR 10,000 migration bonus" — are illustrative unless confirmed as a specific current offer. Always verify the active offer terms before making a deposit decision.
6.4 b9gams reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any Bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring Bonuses already validly claimed in accordance with the terms in force at the time of claim.
7.1 All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are final once confirmed, subject to the specific rules of the game or market in question. Errors in bet placement that you submit knowingly are not grounds for cancellation.
7.2 Game outcomes are determined by independent Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by the respective game studios. b9gams does not independently certify game outcomes. Players are encouraged to review each game studio's published testing documentation where available.
7.3 For sports and cricket betting markets, b9gams references odds published by independent sports data providers. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to the event commencing. In-play odds change in real time and represent significant additional risk due to rapid market movement.
7.4 RTP (Return to Player) percentages displayed on the Platform are illustrative examples only unless otherwise stated. Actual game RTPs are published by the relevant game studio and may vary from illustrative figures. Short-term play results will deviate substantially from stated RTP percentages.
7.5 b9gams reserves the right to void any bet or wager where there is evidence of a technical malfunction, data feed error, or where the outcome was influenced by factors outside normal gameplay parameters.
8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the b9gams Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:
8.2 Where b9gams has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has engaged in prohibited conduct, we reserve the right to: immediately suspend or terminate the Account; withhold any balance pending investigation; void all pending and recent bets; and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

10.1 All content on the b9gams Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of b9gams or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, distribute, publish or exploit any part of the Platform or its content for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of b9gams.
10.3 Third-party trademarks and brand names referenced on the Platform — including payment provider names and sports league names — remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on this Platform does not grant any licence or right to use them.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b9gams, its officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.
11.2 b9gams does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or secure access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, third-party service failures and force majeure events may affect Platform availability. We accept no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
11.4 b9gams does not provide legal, financial or professional advice. Nothing on this Platform should be construed as such. You are solely responsible for all decisions made in connection with your use of the Platform.
12.1 You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure — subject to KYC completion and the absence of any outstanding Terms violations — will be returned to you via a verified payment method in your name.
12.2 b9gams may suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, where:
12.3 On termination for cause, b9gams reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of investigation proceedings. Where a balance is confirmed as legitimately earned in compliance with these Terms, it will be returned to you by a reasonable method.
13.1 b9gams reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Changes of material significance will be communicated to registered users via on-Platform notification or the email address registered to your Account, with reasonable advance notice where practicable.
13.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
13.3 The date at which these Terms were last reviewed is displayed at the top of this document. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically.
14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Operator's licensing jurisdiction.
14.2 Nothing in this clause constitutes legal advice. Pakistani users are independently responsible for assessing their obligations under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and any other applicable federal or provincial legislation. b9gams does not represent or warrant that use of this Platform is lawful in Pakistan.
14.3 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
